The 108-page enforcement action included charges that the refiner violatedstatwe health, safety and environmental protection including the Texas Clean Air Act, the Texaes Water Code and the Texasw Health & Safety Code. Monday’zs temporary injunction ensures that BP also complies with state environmental protection laws untilthe state’s enforcement actiob is concluded.
