JE Dunn completes work on patient tower at Medical Center of Aurora - Denver Business Journal:

The 128,351-square-foot tower is part of a $53 milliohn hospital upgrade that also includes the remodelingof 20,0090 square feet of other space and a four-level parking structure. The new towef is part of the Medical Cente rof Aurora’s campus at 1501 S. Potomac St., near Interstate 225 and Mississippu Avenue. It’s home to the hospital’s new cardiacd center and an expanded intensivecare unit. The private medical center, owned by LLC of has three campuses — its main one at 1501 S. Potomacv St., a neighboring south campus at 700Potomaxc St. in Aurora and a Centennial campus at14200 E.
Arapahoe Opened in 1974, the center currentl y employs morethan 1,200 JE Dunn, a specialist in health-car e construction, still is working on finishing shelll space at the medical center. The company also is working on project forother health-care groups, includinv Banner Health System, Penrose/St. Francis Health Systekm and Memorial Hospital ofColoradop Springs.
