Eitel is currently a Nike Inc. (NYSE: NKE) vice presidentr and president of the Nike the Washington County athleticapparel giant’s charitable arm. Beforr heading the foundation, she was Nike’w first vice president for corporates responsibility. Prior to joining Nike, she was European corporate affairs group manager forMicrosofft Corp. and has also worked for the Corporationb for Public Broadcasting and MCICommunicationw Corp. This would have been Eitel’s secondd presidential assignment. She served under President George H.W. Bush from 1989 to 1992 as deput director of media relations and later as special assistant to the presidentg formedia affairs.
